Trevor 4 months old, superbowl, valentine's day, first food

Hi everyone - I hope everyone is doing well and I am sure you are very ready for spring. Josh, Brett, Trev and I have been busy with our daily work schedule, attempting potty training, lots of birthday parties and planning vacations for the summer (some with kids and one without :). We can't believe that it is already the last week of Feb. Brett and Trev's school had a great Valentine's Day party. Brett came home high as a kite from all the sugar. It sure looked like they had an awesome time thanks to Sharon and Susie for putting it all together and organizing parents to bring fun foods and activities. Here is a video that we took of the boys....Brett showing his brotherly love while Trev takes it all in! (sorry it's rotated....kink your head to the left please :))

Brett - our morning sunshine ready for breakfast time. He reminds me of a carp in the morning with his mouth wide open ready for some food to be eaten :)
Trev at 4 months old with a Valentine's Day outfit that my parent's got him...too cute!

The boys eating dinner...Trev has tried rice cereal a couple of times now. It's going ok, no pressure for him to grow, he seems to be plenty "healthy". We had his 4 months appt. and he surprised us that he does not weigh as much as you'd think. He's in the 40th percentile for weight at 14 1/2 pounds, 90th for height - just a bit over 26 inches!
Are these two really brothers?? They do not look a thing alike!

Don't try stealing any rice cereal from this guy - that's his intimidating face....can't you just see that on the defensive line one day?!

Ok, here's his other sweet hammy side...I call him my little punkin'

Intimidating again....

Then, there's this guy...another great V-day outfit from Pe-Paw and G'ma Basinger...

The happy guy...

Our two sweetie pies...ornery as heck too!

My friend Judy from work got Trev this "penguin suit" - what an awesome present. We've gotten a lot of us out of it. The weather has been really warm these past two weeks but we're back to cold evenings again....Trev seems to love being cuddled up in this and looks too darn cute :)

Finally a Mizzou outfit pic....thanks to my parent's for keeping it real with a little Mizzou love! Brett is such the Buckeye that he may be a lost cause, but I am keeping the faith that maybe one of the two may think that Mizzou is the school I went to, as Brett seems to think that "we're going to the zoo"??

This is the jumpy jump/bounce house that we rented to keep the kids busy during the superbowl. We even got in there and tried to keep up - what a workout! Brett is loving spider man these days...he has spiderman underwear, t-shirts etc. Must be from a friend at school because I didn't even know spiderman was still cool....that's a mom for ya!

Signing off for now....more pics to come of birthday parties and hopefully some potty training success stories. This next month is super busy with work for both Josh and me, business trips...and Brett gets to go back to Ohio with Josh to stay with g'ma and pe-paw Geiger. Love you all and happy almost spring!
Love,
the C'bad Vermillion's
