Mom and Dad's Visit - so much to be thankful for!

Happy Belated Thanksgiving to everyone - what a year to be thankful for so many wonderful things and amazing blessings! My parents came to town to meet little Trevor, spend time with Big Bro Brett and see our new house/have Thanksgiving with us! We had an awesome time seeing some things here in Carlsbad and enjoying the quality time together. With the distance that separates us, we don't get to see one another nearly often enough. Mom and Dad are going to be grandparents to two more grandsons come the first week in January as my sister Molly is having twin boys. Mom and Dad surely got to see how wild the times are in our household.....and soon enough, they will get double the dose!

We went out for pizza the last night that they were here....here are all of us after dinner. Trevor was a trooper and even is ready for the season with his Santa hat on! Thanks Grandma/Pe-Paw!
A pic the morning that they had to leave for the airport....we are going to miss them! One last kiss before hitting the road! Trevor is going to be so much bigger by the next visit :(

The grandparents and little Trev - he's still the littlest for another month or so....then come Will and Luke!

We went to the lighting of the Lego Christmas Tree at Legoland - here they are on Lego Santa's sleigh...

And on his reindeer!

Here's the big tree all lit up - firework show too. Brett got a little scared because they were so close to us!
Brooke Burke hosted the event.....

Thanksgiving Day - Mr. T and Grandma's introduction to one another...

Our friend John stopped by with his mom who was in from Missouri as well - he always comes with gifts for Brett. This time one of those huge lolly pops!! Look at Brett's anxiousness to get his lips on it..

He was a mess!

Grandma brought this frame for Trevor's pic - too funny!

We watched lots of football on Sat. Here is the littlest Buckeye in his garb....go Bucks! Nice win over Michigan - THANK GOD!

Grandma ironed on this decal - hilarious!

I see quite a resemblance here....poor kid has no chance to choose whether he's a Bucks fan or not~ Then again.....why wouldn't he be?!

Thought this one was a funny one of him :)

The smiles just melts a momma's heart!

Serious business - Buckeye PJs for the first quarter of the game - outfit change must have been what got things rolling for the Buckeyes to win 37-7!!

Me and my boys...notice, two arms/two boys....I like that Josh and I are not outnumbered!!

Daddy and his naked bruiser....we can already tell the Trev is going to be quite the man! He seems like such a chunk! We have his first dr's appt. on the 13th of the month. We will keep you posted on his weight. Lots more fun in store for December as we travel to Ohio for Christmas. We will get to see Great Grandma Basinger/Balmer/Great Uncles & Aunts/Grandma & Grandpa Geiger/cousins/Aunts & Uncles/friends etc. What a visit it will be! But, what a way to start off the season with Grandpa and Grandma Basinger's Thanksgiving visit! Thanks for everything - we love you and miss you!
Love,
The C'bad Vermillions....
